Not to quibble, Marco, but a lot of people do want the extra
information--the single most common reason in a working environment
for measuring a single sample is for PMS matching, so it's useful to
know there's something free that adds this functionality directly,
simply, and free. If anyone finds Share hard to use they might this
entire topic difficult :-) Anyway, now they've received multiple
ideas to choose from. Myself, I use a 528, but it's hardly a cheap
solution.

I don't recall the OP mentioning a need for other tools to
translate those colors into their closest CMYK mixes in a number of
chosen target color environments.
