Dear Michael:

Pantone LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of X-Rite, Inc.

The Spectorproofer is an OEM device which is supported by Epson
directly. I would recommend that you contact Epson with respect to your
issue.

Best regards,

Anyone having trouble with Color Manager in EFI - trying to do a base
lin.,
and keep getting the message that the Spectroproofer is not installed.
This
was only after we updated to Snow Leopard. Also updated the Epson 9900
firmware to the latest available from Epson. (Yes the spectroproofer is
plugged in :) Not sure what we've missed...any guesses?
