Sort of depends.....but assuming the data set contains both device values (CMYK or RGB) and the measurement data (XYZ/Lab/spectral) all you need to do with the X-Rite ProfileMaker package is drag/drop the data set on the "reference" area of the interface and it should simply pick up both the reference and the measurement data in the CGATS data file. From there, you simply select your desired profile parameters and away you go.
If you're using X-Rite Profiler (formally MonacoPROFILER), it's a bit more complicated. 1) PROFILER has to recognize it as a chart layout that it supports (ECI2002/IT8.7-4 for CMYK and a couple of different RGB patch layouts) and 2) it cannot include spectral data.
Of course, you first need to own a profiling application to do any of this!
