Notice in Danny's MI tool that the Color Inconstancy Index (CII) is computed
SEPARATELY for each of the two spectrally-measured samples. In other words,
"each object forming a metameric pair has a different DEGREE OF COLOR
INCONSTANCY", just as Berns points out.
