Not quite, Marco. I'm using Don Hutchison's method, described here:

I didn't have the patience to build and compare a half dozen or more profiles, and the results so far have been very satisfactory.
Of course, now Nikon Scan crashes consistently under OS 10.6.4, and it's not supported by Nikon, so the matter may be moot unless I can figure out how I got it to run again. Some voodoo, I think.

Multiple file corrections, yes, but even WB and other corrections seem more intuitive in ACR than in PS.
