file is meant for reprocessing with Vuescan at a later stage.

The raw files from Vuescan work very nicely in Adobe Camera Raw, with all the requisite controls. Also, the preview is reasonably accurate with color management enabled. I set it at one setting for everything and scan to raw, since it does not actually adjust the exposure on scanning; it's a software correction and ACR handles that better than the Vuescan software.
