I assume you repositioned the iO (paper for the iSis) as exact as
practical possible between measurements?
Yes
Files named UV. Is it UV filter on or UV included?
Sorry. UV in file names mean that UV filter was used, no UV means no
UV filter was used. Of course in case of iO table that means that I
used 2 i1 pro spectros (uv-cut and no uv-cut).

Just a really fast averages and maximum (dE 2000):
iO: 0.61 (1.89), 0.80 (2.14)
iSis: 0.06 (0.73), 0.16 (0.72)
UV
iO: 0.27 (7.03), 0.14 (2.58)
iSis: 0.03 (0.32), 0.16 (0.71)
Analysis later, no time now.
