Seeing how easy it is to get confused when the terminology is imprecise, I would like to propose that we use these far simpler, and more direct, expressions instead:
1) "UV-included", to mean that the measurements extend into the UV range;
2) "UV-excluded", to mean that no readings have been taken in the UV range.
That way, we avoid confusing mentions of "no filter" or "UV-cut" or "UV filter" or others like them which usually require further clarification.
