Isn't that screwy?
The spectral response is dependent on the light source, pigment and the
substrate. In order to match screen to print, a system would have to
measure the illumination, observers viewing condition and the ink/paper
response and calculate the stimuli for on screen reproduction.
Once the measurements and spectral imaging math are in place, what quality
does a emissive Cmy display technology add compared to a good Rgb display?
I would guess the display has just to be profiled, what else?
