Hello. I am printing to an Epson R1900 printer on Ultra Smooth Fine
Art Paper. I downloaded the "Premium ICC Printer Profiles for the
Epson Stylus Photo R1900" for Macintosh for Ultra Smooth Fine Art
Paper <http://tinyurl.com/2vnl8ub> and installed the profiles.
However, I didn't like the result as much as the standard profile in
the driver.
My problem is that I need to convert in Photoshop rather than at print
time, but since the profile is hardcoded into the driver I cannot
access it. As far as I can tell, the standard profile is not available
for download.
Does anyone know how I can access the ICC profile that (as far as I
know) is hardcoded into the print driver? Or does anyone have a custom
profile that they built for this printer/paper combo that they might
be willing to share? (I've tried building a profile in ProfileMaker
Pro, but the results were terrible.)
