Exactly. I have repeatedly measured the Epson inks with Fuji, GMG and EFI papers, and major color changes take place in about 5 minutes after printing. If you compare the color after an hour and after a week, the difference will be below deltaE 1 (until you left print behind the window on the direct sun & under a glass of beer, of course).
Btw: i wish wait 5 minutes too, but - it is not easy job if using big targets on 4xxxx - with 720 dpi and uni-d print this is almost mission impossible :)
