Another way of saying this might be that UV filtered or UVex (UV info excluded) make prints that are generally more pleasing to look at under varied consumer lighting conditions, and soft proof more accurately. Said that way, I would agree, as do a lot of the diehard CM consultants I respect.
The whole UVin vs. UVex debate is a touchy one though. Let's hope we haven't started a war with this thread!
