No. You can't reliably turn off CM in most of those apps. (and we have lots
of bug reports documenting the problems)
That's why Photoshop CS5 no longer offers the "no CM" option - it was
misleading because we couldn't always avoid CM in the printing path.
You might get close, or you might get a predictable path and profile with
the existing CM already accounted for in your profile -- but your chances of
really getting CM off are slim to none.
Turning CM completely off in the print path has been difficult, and a moving
target with each new OS and driver release. (unfortunately the display path
has also become a moving target as well) We did work with Apple and
Microsoft to get clean printing paths without color management -- and put
all that into a separate app because it will probably have to be revised
often.
