Craig,
I'm interested to read that you find the scanner profiles to be better after the i1 Upgrade A. I was under the impression that the new software, i1Publish, didn't include a scanner profiling module, and that X-Rite left your previous software--either MonacoProfiler of ProfileMakerPro--active for input profiles.
I have read of some people bringing the scanner data in by some circuitous route and then using the Prism engine in i1Publish to build the profile. Is this what you're referring to? Or has X-Rite added an input profiling capability while I wasn't looking?
Thanks,
Paul Stubblebine

After purchasing Upgrade A, my experience with iPublishPro's monitor, RGB Output, CMYK Output, and scanner profiling have been very satisfactory. There are numerous options available that we're not a part of the previous EyeOne Photo bundle- and the options I have used have produced better profiles.
