Question:
How many colour management specialists does it take to change a light
bulb?
Seriously - if the print viewing conditions are wrong, you will have
trouble adjusting the colour management to cope with this. Could you
not just hand out cyanish spectacles or preferably get them to invest
in a viewing booth or change their office lighting?
If your PDF images are a different colour from "Photoshop viewed
images" there is a problem with the creation of the PDFs. Are you sure
they are not being converted to CMYK for print?

I neglected to mention that the pinkish grays come from the office
lighting. Trying a different CMM might be the way to go to cool of
the reds/browns and I will try it. Many thanks.
