Perhaps Preview does a better job of converting RAW images than some other
applications, I don't dispute that. My point is that, to me, I don't have
the time to waste fighting with Preview's ill setting for viewing color
accurately on a Mac. Sorry. Call me Adobe-agnostic. Things are already
complicated enough around color that the last thing I want is to be left out
in the cold, icy night of color management without Photoshop -- I need my
Photoshop for viewing color reliably on any platform.
I'll grant you that RAW decoding might work better on Preview -- you have
pique my curiosity.
Best / Roger

Preview is a wonderful, powerful application...
Had you tryed to open some RAW files in Preview instead of CameraRAW or othe
RAW interpreters?
