Hi all,
One of my vendors is having some difficulty getting neutral, black and
white rendering of grayscale images on his Vutek. He is printing on
Brushed aluminum Dibond material.
The neutrality moves from Cyan to neutral to Red/Magenta throughout
the scale of values. This is using a White dibond profile.
In the past I have provided neutral, Adobe RGB images.
Eye-one Pro and Monaco and/or Profiler.
The material is extremely reflective and readings must be a problem.
Anyone have thoughts on how to proceed?
He has used Colorburst RIP before with success but has lost that
computer.
Other RIPS are available on site. Wasatch, Onyx I believe.
He is trying to use the built-in profile builder in Onyx, but I think
it's not working out.
Cheers,
Barry Rudick
