I asked this question at the X-Rite/Tom Ashe webinar yesterday and the reply I
got was that "legacy" products are being supported in ColorPort. That was as
clear an indication as any that they have no intention whatsoever of
synchronizing the usability of older products with newer ones and a key factor
behind my mistrust of X-Rite as a company. Who knows for how long ColorPort will
be updated to support these instruments? They have a habit of pulling the rug
out from under perfectly good, usable stuff, cramping support for it and then
replacing it with stuff that comes with a range of value added going from
negative to positive, depending on the item or the aspect at hand. They probably
think this is a way to make gobs of money putting people on a treadmill to keep
repurchasing. All it does for me is destroy confidence in them.

What are saying Scott?.....I should stop waiting for i1Profiler to support my
DTP20 Pulse and my Spectrolino/Spectroscan-T? I'm crushed.
