Hello:
If for gamut issues you mean gamut "problems", that is not my
statement. It's supposed that DSLR manufactures have to fulfill
internacional standards, but in color management glosary that I know
you know, the colors that a device can reproduce is the gamut of such
device, and I can't capture a ColorChecker SG within satisfactory dE,
I mean < 2.8 with ACR Calibration Script, script which shows dE < 1.5
with a 24 patches ColorChecker and the same sistem, camera and lens,
the same photometer, the same white balance card and the same medium
gray reference.
Have tested my Pentax K10D too but have not professional grade lens,
so results are the expected.
And yes, other pieces of profiling software are more generous and is
easy to get an acceptable dE.
Salud
