Hello Pankaj,
1- Embed an ICC profile in your images
2- Use an ICC color managed app (such as Photoshop) and use the same color
management settings
3- Calibrate all displays (.e. make an ICC profile)
This should give you 95% satisfaction.
For better matching, going towards the missing 5%:
3a- Use the same display as the third party
3b- Use the same instrument to profile the display as the third party
3c- Use the same profiling software and profiling settings (white point,
gamma, luminance, profile type, etc.) as the third party
3d- Locate the monitor in a similar environment (room illumination, type of
room lamps, shades, etc)
Of course you can use different displays and instruments but, if you are
picky, plan to spend time analysing the differences.
As for the urgency, it all depends on the availability of the equipment and
the know-how of the third parties.
Many printers will set up the monitor of third parties so you may want to do
it yourself
Note: this answer does not consider the accuracy of the PRINTED image that
you see on your monitor, since you asked for the same looks on the monitor.
