Randy, what application are you using for measurement, Measure Tool or Colorport?
If it was designed as a single page chart from the get-go, your reference file (Measure Tool) or target xml file should reflect this. On the other hand, if someone took a two page chart and combined the TIFFs in something like Photoshop without updating the reference file/target xml, you might be hosed. At the very least it will take some serious hacking of the reference file or target xml file to get it to scan it as a single page.
