You can use ArgyllCMS's spotread to do this.
However, there is a big, fat bug in Lion which halts the process after capturing the data and displaying the chart.
Instead of the usual analysis of the results you get this instead:
spotread[266] <Error>: kCGErrorInvalidConnection: CGSGetWindowTags: Invalid connection
spotread[266] <Error>: kCGErrorFailure: Set a breakpoint @ CGErrorBreakpoint() to catch errors as they are logged
It doesn't affect the capture of the data though.
