You know, I bought my NEC PA241W for the lowest price I could find and
it still came with software and the colorimeter. Very nice monitor.
Best regards,

Does anyone have any thoughts on the suitability of the Apple display

I've been very happy with my NEC PA241W. A bit cheaper than the Apple
display, though it is only 24". However, it has a couple of nice
features built in to facilitate accuracy. One of the features that
makes it particularly nice for calibration is the built in LUT. When
used with the appropriate NEC software and calibration puck, the
calibration numbers are sent to the monitor's LUT instead of modifying
the signal that the video card sends. The software and puck do cost
extra though...
