Martin,
It should be like this:
Launch the software
Choose "RGB printer" / "Profiling" on the home screen (expert mode)
Drag and drop your CGATS data on the measurement button
Click "ICC Profile" button, name it and save it.
You dont't have to stare at it.

If you like, send me the data off line and I will give it a go.
