Best way to handle this is to use Apple Remote Desktop and push the profiles to each workstation. Hands down the easiest, fastest, most reliable way to do a network "blast" like this. ARD is worth the money for so many management functions. It's a real time saver. If you have more than 3 Mac's it's a must have.

I have multiple workstations that all need to print to multiple servers.
Currently we just manually distribute new profiles anytime we need to
update them, but this is cumbersome and error prone (if someone overlooks
installing the new profile, for example).
I am writing today to ask if anyone knows of a way to include ICC profiles
in the system that are located on a server rather than on the local disk. I
know there are many places profiles can be located, but I don't know of any
way to place them centrally on a server so that they are automatically
available on the local computers. This way I could update a printer profile
in one place and everyone would make use of it.
I doubt this is possible, but it's worth asking anyhow!
Thanks in advance.
