Hi Jeff
Make sure the ADC option is not checked and adjust the screens manually while measuring. Also make sure, depending on the model, that the AutoEcoview option is off on the monitor.
ADC is usually the culprit, I wish X-Rite would default to checking it off rather than on. It starts the adjustment process with EIZOs but can't complete it, hence the error.
