Hi to all,
This is not a common problem, but it does happen. It may require a phone
call to application support and they will provide you with a program that
can be run using the command line. You might want to read the following

As I said, it doesn't happen on every system. You also need the latest
version of the software.

This has 61 items under troubleshooting and diagnostics.
If none of the above helps, try logging into the support section to start
the official support process.
Please make sure to have your device serial number handy when you finally
speak to a human.
