Hi Kamil,
In many RIPs you have the option of color-managing or not color-managing the control strip. You color-manage the control strip if you want to compare to a print standard (GRACoL, Fogra, etc.) but if you want to simply monitor the consistency of the printer and check for calibration drift, you don't color-manage the control strip.
I would check to see if one is getting color-managed or not.....if they're both being color-managed, then you need to dig deeper and see what ICC source profiles are being used and/or you're comparing the strips to the correct reference.
