I wrote "a true reflection of what my camera captured" but I was thinking about a RAW processor that would give me a "scene-referred image" which would be used not as an end product but rather as the **original** to be processed to a specific output.
I was also thinking about an **original** that would reflect the original brightness and colors as accurately as possible.
