This reminds me of a Soviet joke of mid-70s
A Western Journalist comes to GUM ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GUM_(department_store) ) and asks if they carry black caviar.
- No, we don't.
- But why?
- There is no demand.
The journalist spent 2 days watching the counter, and no, nobody asked for black caviar.
