So what! The engine produced 24 Lab values that produce a numeric match. You're saying those are what, easy to hit and thus other colors are going to fall out hugely from expectation and further, that Bruce's tests don't prove what others have suggested does imply colorimetric accuracy? I suspect ACR is as capable as necessary in producing output who's converted Lab values match a reference, in fact that was proven by Bruce. Now you're saying not only isn't this tool working to provide colorimetric accuracy, the test that follows such a validation isn't doing this because only 24 patches were used.
