It can be either way.
The i1Pro 2 can automatically provide data in the proper order if configured
for it by the program, either by using a predefined color lists or by using
the new ruler input.
Data can also be ordered in the software, but that requires either a
predefined color list or a "start/end of line" marker (bar code).
