OT but you should educate them to stop insisting on PSD, a proprietary format controlled and owned by the evil Adobe and instead save in TIFF, an open non proprietary format controlled and owned by Adobe. There isn't anything PSD can provide (OK dutone support) that a TIFF can't. And far more applications can read a TIFF. PSD ain't and never should be considered an industy standard file format.
