Sounds like you might be profiling an Epson Surecolor? Tell us what printer you're profiling and let's go from there. Also tell us what media you're using as well as the media's ability to hold ink can dictate our usage of the Orange (some media will see a better gamut if you restrict the O and load up on the others inks while other media will benefit from O). The media plays a huge role in how successful the process and end results are.
