I remember a few years ago, we were hearing that "standard printing" had become so good that no one needed profile editing anymore.
I should have vehemently disagreed and things would be different today. But I didn't and I'll burn in hell for keeping my mouth shut.
There is always X-Rite aka ProfileMaker ProfileEditor which remains my favorite.
Fuji ColorSuite ProfileEditor has some unique tools of its own.
We talked many times here about the merit of Kodak CustomColor tools which works under an old version of OSX (never updated since).
I don't know of any tools on Argyl's side.
There is an obscure ICC Calman profile editor, which I never tried.
Monaco Profilor had some profile editor capabilities.
AGFA has some profile editing capability attached to Apogee.
There was Heidelberg's NewColor7000 v2.5 which was phenomenal in its own time.
The current HDM ColorToolbox includes some useful capabilities but nothing like we would like to say in an "advanced" tool.
ORIS and GMG both incorporate some "profile editing" capabilities into their proprietary 4D transforms.
But that's about it. To my knowledge. Nothing I know that's attached to PDF tools. Nothing on Enfocus side?

If it is about a history available profile editors, the ColorVision>Pantone
(ProfilerPLUS™, ProfilerPRO™) DoctorPRO™ should not be forgotten.
Plug-in for older Photoshop versions so somewhat similar but more
limited than Kodak Custom Color Tools.
