I am having a problem calibrating a projector. I have an i1Pro, Mac OS
10.6.8, and Eye-One Match 3.6.3.
When I try to run the software, I get to the positioning step and I center
the "dot" on the screen. When I do this, the actual i1Pro is pointing
towards the bottom right of the screen and I get the message that it is
positioned too close to the edge of the screen and to try again. If I
visually point the i1Pro closer to the center of the screen, the "dot"
moves to the top left and I still get the same error message.
Is there something I might be doing wrong to get these messages? Could it
be the old software on OS 10.6.87? Has anyone else calibrated any
projectors with this combination of software and OS?
What about when we switch to Mavericks? I know i1Profiler is supposed to
support projector calibration. What other projector calibrating software is
available that you would recommend?
Thanks.
