I think that you may be confusing me with somebody else Roger?
The only training we do with fluorescence at my place is fun stuff like firing an retina risking 2W 405nm laser at fluorescent Pantone chips and recording the reflected spectral data using Argyll and an expendable, old, non-UV cut i1 Pro :-)
Perhaps the technology & marketing is jumping ahead of our needs at the moment?
Sure I can proof FOGRA 48, 49 & 50 but only one client has asked for it.
I replaced some old i1 Pros with Pro2s last year because I was told that autumn 2013 was going to be significant… but nothing happened!
I got into reprographics because the amalgamation of science and art was so stimulating — but it seems so boring right now :-(
