Terry,
The best bet is a hack in Excel of an existing profile.
If you want a profile that simulates real-world printing, the challenge is to simulate overprints and trapping with any accuracy. For that you need a good grasp of hinted Neugebauer, but it's never the same as working from actual printed characterization data.
If all you want is something that shows gamut boundary, not an actual spring profile, the Excel hack is relatively easy.
