Are you sure you want to do a CMYK profile?
My tests of CMYK printing under Linux showed that the printpath situation
there for a Tiff is hopeless, and I do wonder whether the Mac is much
better these days as some of the print codebase is shared.
On the other hand, RGB profiling with ACPU should work, and I think Xrite's
i1Profiler software shoudl be able to print its targets seamlessly.
