I doubt that the HASP key or it's drivers have anything to do with the issue you're having.
You didn't say whether you ran a new printhead alignment and calibration (linearization) after replacing the printhead.
Personally, I've had no issues with the profiles I get from from my z2100 using it's internal spectro. The only way I get better profiles for fine art papers (Epson Cold/Hot Press) is using my Spectrolino/Spectroscan with a polarization filter and i1Profiler. The profiles created by the z2100's spectro and profiling app are just as good as the ones I get from my iSis and i1Profiler.,,,just have to remember to run the paper calibration before profiling for best results.
