Regarding the re-profiling, I had noticed that displays these days are quite stable. However, we have been monitoring the drift on the displays for the past year and hit our tolerances after about 6 months so we landed on that timeframe for these re-calibrations. (I originally mentioned a "few" months in the original post but it's closer to 6).
