There is nothing really good in OS 10.7 and above. I run Snow Leopard Server in Parallels, which allows me to use i1P. I also use Logo Colorlab with Photoshop for tricky stuff that I used to be able to do in Custom Color ICC, mentioned above. The larger question usually is, what attribute of your camera profile are you trying to edit?
