You can use the sips command set
<https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man1/sips.1.html>.
There also used to be AppleScripts that handled the same functionality.
I'm not sure if they still ship, but used to be located at
</Library/ColorSync/Scripts/Extract Profile>
