You own Photoshop? Because you can use it's eyedropper outside of it to gather a value. And based on color management! Open the color picker, click on a color within the document, hold down the mouse button while dragging anywhere (even outside the PS UI), the values will update within the picker. Lab, RGB based on the current document color space or CMYK based on the CMYK profile loaded in Color Settings.
