Simplest method must be using Argyll — takes less than 10 seconds :)
Convert your cgats file to an Argyll .ti3 file:
txt2cgats <inputdata> <outputdata>
Make the ICC profile:
colprof <input.ti3>
(The only tiny catch is that colprof doesn’t need suffixes — so don’t type “.ti3” after the input file name, or delete it if you’re dragging and dropping before.)
There are lots of extra options that you can invoke in colprof,.. if you can spare a few extra seconds:
