Viewing EV

I have a large and simple setup for viewing prints. It's a wall in a room covered in cork (4' up) with a room length track with solux fixtures and bulbs. I'm going to take a break and even out the lighting using my old Luna Pro. Could anyone take a guess at what a good viewing EV might be?
