I wish Pelican had a long and skinny version that would accommodate the XL without a lot of extra bulk.

FWIW, I’ve discovered that the Lightware Z600 long lens case fits the XL well as a carry on item. More importantly, it fits the smaller iSis and an i1Pro2 and all the cables and a few accessories even better. Traveling color geeks might want to check it out!
