Hello Paul,
While there may be others, but Belkin and Gefen made ADC to DVI adapter cables.

I am bound to an old G4 to use a machine locked calibration software

old ADC cinema dispalys on DVI graphic cards, but I could not find a
solution to plug a DVI monitor to the ADC port of the G4. I bought a
simple DVI to VGA adapter first, but that doesn't do the trick since
the NEC PA271 doesn't take analog signals as I am now aware (the
PA241 would).
One solution would be to replace the graphic card with one that has
DVI output, and maybe that could still be found used. But simpler:
would someone know if there exists (or existed) a cable that
converts the Apple ADC to use a standard DVI monitor on the G4?
