I don't suppose the driver is smart enough to change the output settings
according to the selected ICC profile.
Unless the information was embedded in the ICC profile.
Doesn't Epson have some kind of "Table of correspondence" anywhere you could
look up those details?

I am using the canned printer profiles that came with my Epson P5000 my
question is when setting the “Output Resolution”
by default it brings up SuperPhoto 1440 DPI, Super MicroWeave, and High Speed”
Should I be changing any of those setting? I assume when Epson created the
profiles thats how the printer was setup or does it not matter?
