Yes. Absolutely.
Compared to the litho world, large format is the color management Wild Wild
West. Not only is whatever machine you tested not going to have "ISO standard"
primaries, but the one right next to it, if it’s a different brand, will have
different primaries as well.
And the primaries will of course have a huge bearing on the overall gamut of
each individual device.
